A) LOCAL DELIVERY SERVICE (SINGAPORE SHIPPING)
Delivery takes 3 - 5 working days*
Delivery Times: Monday to Friday (9:00 am to 5:30 pm)
* Working days exclude Saturday, Sundays and public holidays. However, should you require an urgent delivery, please contact us at info@leoyuki.com. We will do our best to fulfil your needs.
Free local delivery for orders above S$100.00
For deliveries below S$100.00, delivery charge of S$5.00 will apply
Delivery address must be a proper residential or commercial office address. LEYOUKI reserves the right to reject any delivery address without giving any explanation.
Tax & Duties
For local delivery in Singapore, GST is automatically applied to your order in accordance with Singapore tax regulations. You DO NOT NEED to pay for any additional costs. At the point of checkout, you have been charged with the local sales tax (GST of 7%) for your purchases. There will not be any additional hidden costs billed upon delivery.
Eligibility of tax refunds
With immediate effect, there will not be any tax refund for purchases made in LEYOUKI online store.
B) INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY SERVICE
- Delivery duration varies depending on shipping address. Usually delivered within 7~14 business days. (Please note that there might be some delay due to the Covid-19 influence)
- Shipping Fee will be charged accordingly by total estimated weight and country.
- A tracking number will be provided and you will be able to track the status of your parcel here on the SingPost website with the provided tracking number.

Delivery Time Estimate
To estimate when a package will be delivered, the following should be considered:
- The cut off time for each order to be processed is 10am daily on weekdays. Further orders will be processed on the next working day.
- The method of delivery chosen (please refer to Shipping Options of estimate shipping time)
- Payment authorisation and address verification must be received prior to order processing, and may take up to 48 hours.
Parcel Status
Once your order has been processed and shipped, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to your registered email. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within 1 to 5 business days from your order date, go to the My Account page and click on Orders to get the tracking number for your order.
International Taxes, Duties and Customs Fees
Leyouki Pte. Ltd. ships your package DDU, duties and taxes unpaid, and does not collect GST, VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. For more information regarding your country's custom policies please contact your local customs office.
